Wednesday's Week In Pictures.

One of my new years resolutions was to try and take a picture everyday of 2011 which has been harder than I thought it would be! All of them come from my iPhone so they aren't the greatest of quality, hopefully this will improve as time goes on.

I've decided to do this in a weekly feature so that I have more chance of actually taking the pictures for it! The bank holidays have left me in a muddle with days and I wanted to post this on Monday thinking it was Wednesday. Oh dear!

Day 1/365 - A nice time with Chuck Bass.

I've been Sky+ing old episodes of Gossip Girl and reliving the old series' while season 4 is on hiatus. Its so good to watch them in one go and see the characters transformations. Love Gossip Girl.

Day 2/365 - Fur coat

I met my best friend for lunch and she had this fabulous fur coat on! It totally doesn't go with my lush scarf that you can see peeking out but it was gorgeous to wear! I'm definitely considering unleashing my inner Bet Lynch with a fur coat. So nice!

Day 3/365 - Grumpy Girl

This is the introduction of my favourite girl! I will probably do a separate post on her like the crazy cat lady I am but for now this is my girl Stimpy ♥

Day 4/365 - Britains Got Talent

Yayy!! So excited about this. I applied for tickets from www.applausestore.com and got selected for tickets to be in the audience for the auditions. Can't wait for some quality time with the Hoff!!

Day 5/365 - Lush Bath Please

I picked up some treats in the Lush sale and we (my boyfriend is also venturing into the world of Lush baths) are in the process of trying everything out to decide what we like. I'm going to do some reviews on the things that I got and what I think of all the different things.

Pretty in Peacoat

I've been looking for a new coat for what feels like forever. I bought what I thought was my perfect coat from Urban Outfitters last winter

Because its tartan though it doesn't go with everything and its a little shorter than I would like it to be for over boyfriend fit cardigans. So the search continues to find this ...

Its reduced in the Topshop sale from £60 to £20. After admiring it online at full price, it seemed like fate when I spotted it on the sale rack. But in a size 6. Boo. So I didn't bother to even try it on because I'm a tall size 10 and left it.

Then I met my friend for lunch and told her about it. Cue us on a mad hunt on a Sunday half an hour before the shops close to two different Topshops to try and find it. The first one had no grey ones but the same coat in black. The 10 drowned me (bizzare) so I tried the 6 on for jokes and it actually fit loads better. So we hoofed it back to the Topshop I'd seen it in this morning to try on the 6 in grey. But it was a little to short in the arms. And lo and behold we are making the journey to the Trafford Centre tomorrow to look for it in an 8. Keep your fingers crossed!!

Resolutions...

My resolutions that I'm writing down partly so that I have a chance of sticking to them...

1. Take a photo every day

Even if its just a picture at home or somewhere more exciting, I'm definately going to try to stick to this. I've got my fingers crossed that this time next year I'll have 365 mini photos to show you of my year. Or at the very least 180! (one every other day)

2. Keep up with making YouTube videos

I really enjoy watching videos and when I make them (I've only got 4 so far!) I really enjoy it. I've got loads of ideas of videos I'd like to make but its getting the time to set everything up and to actually do it!

3. Cut out treats

This will be some small miracle but we're aiming to give up treats (cakes, cookies and chocolate) for 2011. I've read that once you stop eating sweet things they start to taste horrid, so I can only hope that is true because I have a major sweet tooth!

Where to begin? At the beginning of the end...

So this is my second new years resolution. Stop lurking and start creating my own blog.

So this is me ...

I'm not sure what this will end up being of, probably some beauty, some nails, some outfits and hopefully something I'll be able to look at when I'm older and remember things I would have forgotten.
